
Amid the ongoing situation in West Asia, the Ministry of Civil Aviation announced that 357 planned flights have been cancelled. In a social media post, the ministry stated that the situation in the region is being closely monitored to facilitate assistance for passengers. It added that passenger grievances are being addressed through the Passenger Assistance Control Room, ensuring prompt resolution on a priority basis.
The Ministry further stated that a total of 559 grievances have been addressed during this period through AirSewa, social media platforms, and dedicated helpline calls, in coordination with airlines and other relevant parties. It has also advised passengers to check official airline channels for accurate updates regarding cancellations and rescheduling.
