Lakhimpur Kheri (UP), March 15 As many as 47 villages in the Lakhimpur Kheri district that share borders with Nepal will be developed as the first border villages under the Centre-sponsored Vibrant Village Programme II (VVP II) with all-weather road and telecommunication connectivity.
