
March 15, New Delhi: Amid the ongoing crisis in West Asia, Air India and its budget arm Air India Express have announced a limited flight schedule to the region for Sunday, March 15.
The two airlines will operate a total of 72 scheduled and unscheduled flights to and from West Asia on that day.
The 72 scheduled flights include flights to and from Jeddah and Muscat. Air India Express will operate 12 flights to and from Muscat, while eight flights from both airlines will operate to and from Jeddah.
Of the eight Jeddah flights, Air India will operate one round-trip service each from Delhi and Mumbai. Air India Express will operate one flight each from Bengaluru and Kozhikode.
In a statement, Air India said that passengers booked on routes where its scheduled services remain temporarily suspended can rebook their travel to a future date at no additional charge or opt for a full refund.
