Mumbai, March 17: Actor Rajpal Yadav has shared his experiences working with filmmaker Priyadarshan on the upcoming movie, "Bhoot Bangla," in an exclusive conversation with IANS.
He emphasized that as an actor, he completely trusts the acclaimed director.
Rajpal, known for his memorable performances in numerous comedy films directed by Priyadarshan, also discussed the creative process behind their collaborations.
Speaking about his approach to working with the acclaimed filmmaker, Rajpal said, "I completely surrender myself. I become a student."
"To understand him, to understand his thoughts, I empty myself like a vessel. Then it becomes easier to understand. It becomes easier to do," he added.
Rajpal Yadav has worked with Priyadarshan in numerous films over the years, which have become blockbuster comedies.
On the professional front, Rajpal Yadav is recognized as one of Bollywood's most recognizable comic actors.
The actor, who has been a part of the entertainment industry for almost two decades, has appeared in several popular films and has created iconic characters that audiences continue to remember even after years.
From films like "Mujhse Shaadi Karogi," "Garam Masala," "Phir Hera Pheri," and "Chupke Chupke," "Bhool Bhulaiyaa," and "Hungama," Rajpal Yadav has established himself in Bollywood.
Rajpal Yadav is now part of his upcoming movie, "Bhoot Bangla," which is produced by Balaji Motion Pictures, a division of Balaji Telefilms Ltd, in association with Cape of Good Films.
The movie stars Akshay Kumar, Wamiqa Gabbi, Paresh Rawal, Tabu, alongside Rajpal Yadav.
Directed by Priyadarshan and backed by Akshay Kumar, Shobha Kapoor, and Ektaa R Kapoor, the project will be released on April 10.
