
Ranchi, February 23 An air ambulance carrying seven people from Ranchi to Delhi crashed in a forest near Simaria in the Chatra district of Jharkhand on Monday, Ranchi airport Director Vinod Kumar said.
Search and rescue teams have been dispatched, but there was no immediate confirmation about casualties, officials said.
The crash occurred after the air ambulance took off from Ranchi airport at around 7:10 pm.
"An air ambulance from Ranchi with seven people onboard crashed near Simaria in Chatra district. The report of the crash was received from the state administration," Airport Director Kumar told
