Air Commodore B S Vijay Rao assumed command of the Base Repair Depot, Palam, in New Delhi today as the Air Officer Commanding. Throughout his career, the Air Officer has represented the Indian Air Force in various professional assignments abroad and has been involved in major upgrade and technology transfer programs with leading global aerospace organizations. He has been awarded the Presidential Vishisht Seva Medal for distinguished service.
