February 25, New Delhi: The Indian Air Force conducted a full-scale rehearsal of Exercise ‘Vayu Shakti’ at the Pokhran Field Firing Range in Rajasthan in preparation for the main event on February 27.

The day-to-night firepower exercise involved Sukhoi-30 MKI, MiG-29, Jaguar aircraft, Apache and Prachand helicopters, transport aircraft, and the Akash missile system, conducting simulated strikes and operations. The Tejas aircraft did not participate due to a technical issue.

Garud commandos staged a counter-terrorism drill, and the rehearsal concluded with a drone show depicting the map of India and Operation Sindoor, showcasing the IAF's integrated combat capabilities.
