Amit Shah Campaigning in Kerala, Highlights Key Promises.webp

On Easter Sunday, Union Home Minister Amit Shah addressed the Christian community, requesting their support for the BJP-led NDA in the upcoming April 9 elections in Kerala.

Shah also commented on the alleged misappropriation of gold from Sabarimala, stating that those responsible would be jailed within two months if the NDA formed a government in Kerala.

He further announced that Kerala would have its first AIIMS, which would be operational within two years of the NDA government taking office.

Shah also criticized Rahul Gandhi, calling him a "liar," and made comments about Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, claiming that Vijayan was using centrally sponsored schemes to take credit.

Shah campaigned for the NDA, wishing the Christian community and urging them to support the NDA for a prosperous Kerala.

He emphasized that the NDA's approach is "justice for all and appeasement of none," and this is evident in their work across India.

Shah also stated that when the Popular Front of India (PFI) allegedly engaged in anti-India activities, the government swiftly put all their members behind bars.

Shah also criticized the LDF and UDF for their silence regarding the Waqf Board's attempts to seize land from residents in Ernakulam, stating that the NDA government intervened with amendments to the Waqf Act to protect their property.

Shah accused the LDF and UDF of being "two-faced parties" that contest together outside Kerala but fight each other within the state.

He further alleged that both fronts were involved in various scams, including the Karuvanur cooperative bank scandal and the solar scam.

Shah also accused the LDF and UDF of stealing gold from Sabarimala during their rule and of assisting in its sale.

Shah argued that the LDF and UDF cannot stop corruption or build a safe and developed Kerala.

He stated that a developed, safe, and modern Kerala can only be achieved under a NDA government.

Shah also criticized Rahul Gandhi and Vijayan, referring to them as the "B-team" of the BJP.

He further criticized Vijayan, claiming that he has done nothing for the state or Thiruvananthapuram.

Shah also criticized Rahul Gandhi for lying about fuel prices in India.

He stated that fuel prices have increased globally, leading to governments rationing fuel, ordering work from home, or declaring holidays.

Shah further criticized Rahul Gandhi for making statements about the West Asia conflict and Gulf nations, claiming that he is trying to make India angry.

Shah also criticized Rahul Gandhi for supporting the incident of Congress activists taking off their clothes at a protest in Delhi.
