
Amaravati, March 10 APNRTS president Ravi Kumar P Vemuru said on Tuesday that nearly 2,000 transit passengers and Telugu people on tourist visas in the Middle East had returned home.
The president of the Andhra Pradesh Non-Resident Telugu Society (APNRTS) said that the government evacuated some of them, while others took flights to return home.
"A large number of transit passengers and people who were there on visitor visas have already returned. Perhaps a couple of thousand. The government brought some of them, and many of the others also came back," Vemuru told
