February 18, Kohima: The Nagaland Police has appealed to the public to implement the Tenant Registration App promptly.
The platform aims to streamline the submission and registration of tenants and landlords through OTP-based verification.
The police stated that diligent and timely registration of all tenants by landlords and tenants will aid the State government and law enforcement agencies in effectively detecting anti-social elements and illegal immigrants, and in taking preventive measures to ensure the safety of citizens.
Therefore, the State Police appealed to all concerned citizens, including landlords and tenants, to use the Tenant Registration App.
The app can be downloaded from the official Nagaland Police website at police.nagaland.gov.in, and it will soon be available on the Google Play Store. Citizens can also approach their nearest police station for any assistance related to the Tenant Registration App.
The police further clarified that no charges or fees are required to be paid by anyone for registration or for using the app.
