April 11, New Delhi — India had a successful performance at the 2026 Senior Asian Wrestling Championships in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, securing two gold medals in men’s freestyle events.
World Under-23 champion Sujeet won gold in the 65kg category with an impressive 8-1 victory over Uzbekistan’s Umidjon Jalolov in the final.
