UPPL releases second list of candidates
The United People's Party Liberal (UPPL) has announced its second list of candidates for the upcoming Assam Assembly elections.
The list, released by party General Secretary Raju Kumar Narzary at a press conference in Kokrajhar, includes the following candidates:
Rakesh Brahma (Baksa Constituency)
Manoj Basumatary (Boko-Chaygaon)
Baburam Basumatary (Barchalla)
Nityananda Basumatary (Gohpur)
The party stated that it plans to field candidates in 27 constituencies, including 15 within the Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) and 12 outside the BTC region.
