Second day of the Assam Legislative Assembly's Budget Session
Today is the second day of the Budget session of the Fifteenth Assam Legislative Assembly. The State Finance Minister, Ajanta Neog, is scheduled to present the Vote-on-Account Budget for the financial year 2026-27 in the Assembly.
There is also a possibility of discussion on the motion of thanks to the Governor's address. Furthermore, the Speaker of the Assembly, Biswajit Daimary, will announce the second report of the Assam Legislative Assembly's Business Advisory Committee.
