Preparations are underway for Prime Minister Modi's planned visit to Kokrajhar.
In light of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's planned visit to Kokrajhar, Assam Minister Jayanta Malla Baruah and BTC Chief Executive Member Hagrama Mohiliary reviewed the preparations on Sunday.
The Prime Minister is likely to visit Kokrajhar on March 13. Director General of Police Harmeet Singh inspected the preparations at the Greenfield venue where the Prime Minister is expected to address a public meeting.
The DGP reviewed security arrangements and other necessary facilities. Meanwhile, the BTC Chief Executive stated that the people of BTC are fully prepared to welcome the Prime Minister.
