New Delhi, April 4 Delhi Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta said on Saturday that astrology represents a civilizational effort to understand time not as a sequence of moments, but as a meaningful continuum.
Addressing the Astro Cultural Mahotsav and Astro Conclave 2026, Gupta emphasized the necessity of introspection in modern life.
Gupta remarked that in an era dominated by the "speed of discourse," platforms that encourage patient inquiry and traditional wisdom are vital for maintaining societal harmony and direction.
The Speaker highlighted that India’s civilizational journey has always been defined by a unique synthesis of reason and intuition.
