All Ready for the Sixth Khelo India Winter Games in Gulmarg
All preparations are complete for the sixth Khelo India Winter Games in Gulmarg, as athletes from 25 states and Union Territories arrive to compete, further boosting winter sports and tourism.
February 22, Gulmarg: Secretary of the Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council, Nuzhat Gul, stated that all preparations have been finalized for the sixth edition of the Khelo India Winter Games in Gulmarg, commonly known as India's winter capital.
She added that starting tomorrow, athletes will participate in various competitions with great enthusiasm and will have the opportunity to showcase their talent at the national level.
Approximately one thousand guests, including athletes and officials from twenty-five states and Union Territories, have already arrived in Gulmarg. She further stated that all necessary arrangements, including accommodation and logistics, have been put in place to ensure the smooth conduct of the event.
The sixth edition of the Khelo India Winter Games is expected to further promote winter sports and strengthen Gulmarg's position as a premier winter sports destination in the country.
