UDHAMPUR, FEBRUARY 16: The District Industries Centre (DIC) Udhampur organized an awareness and facilitation camp at the SICOP Industrial Estate, Battal Ballian, to promote and provide on-site support for Udyam Registration under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) Programme 2025-26.
The camp, held under the supervision of General Manager DIC Udhampur, Kishore Singh Katoch, and coordinated by Functional Manager Jagdeep Singh with departmental staff, was supported by SICOP Udhampur.
Industrial unit holders, traders, and MSME stakeholders participated in the program, where they were informed about the benefits of Udyam Registration, including access to government incentives, credit facilitation, and policy support. On-site registration assistance and query resolution were also provided.
The initiative aimed to strengthen the formalization of MSMEs, promote ease of doing business, and boost entrepreneurship in the Udhampur district.
