March 27, New Delhi – The sacred festival of Ram Navami was celebrated with great devotion in Ayodhya, with a grand Surya Tilak at the Ram Temple. Prime Minister Narendra Modi witnessed the Surya Tilak and prayed to Lord Ram on the occasion.
Ram Navami marks the birth anniversary of Lord Ram and is observed on the ninth day of the Chaitra month in the Hindu calendar.
