Bay Hill (US), March 5 Sahith Theegala and Akshay Bhatia will aim to perform well when they compete in the $20 million Arnold Palmer Invitational, the third Signature Event of the 2026 season.
Theegala, who had a significant portion of the 2025 season affected by injuries, is trying to make a comeback and secure his place in top events. Bhatia, on the other hand, has shown promising results after a couple of missed cuts.
Bhatia finished third at the Phoenix Open and sixth at AT&T Pebble Beach, along with 16th at the Genesis. Theegala had top-10 finishes in the American Express and Farmers Insurance tournaments, as well as 18th at the Phoenix Open.
Bhatia will be playing alongside former Open winner, Brian Harman, while Theegala will start the round with Chris Kirk.
The stars of the Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Club & Lodge include world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, seven-time PGA TOUR winner Collin Morikawa, and returning Justin Thomas. Thomas is playing after undergoing surgery.
