
Mumbai, March 21 Actor Abhay Verma has begun filming his next project, "Dilkashi," alongside director Hansal Mehta, Oscar-winning composer A.R. Rahman, and Lijo Jose Pellissery.
Expressing his excitement about the project, Abhay, known for his role in "Munjya," said that he feels his work is finally reaching the people who have been his inspiration.
Referring to the three as his "Gurus," Abhay stated that these moments reinforce one's belief in destiny and the grace of God.
He said, "It feels like my work is reaching the very people I've always admired. A. R. Rahman, Hansal Mehta, and Lijo Jose Pellissery have been constant sources of inspiration for me, and to see my name mentioned alongside theirs is still something I find hard to believe. They have been my mentors in every sense. Moments like these make you believe in something bigger, in grace, destiny, and in God."
The project, with a script by Karan Vyas, also stars Zahan Kapoor in a significant role, among others.

Backed by Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment and Siddharth Anand's Marflix Pictures, the initial glimpses of "King" have already generated significant buzz among movie enthusiasts.
Furthermore, Abhay will also star in the upcoming romantic film, "Laikey Laikaa," alongside Rasha Thadani.
