Kolkata, March 27 – The Mamata Banerjee-led TMC government has put West Bengal "in a debt trap" by distributing handouts and funding festivals to win over voters, instead of creating jobs, alleged CPI(M)'s lone MP from the state, Bikash Ranjan Bhattacharya.
