
Bengaluru, March 15 Two individuals have been arrested for allegedly attempting to bribe Congress MLAs from Odisha, who are staying at a resort near here, party sources claimed on Sunday.
Fourteen MLAs, along with other Odisha Congress unit office bearers, are staying at a resort.
They were flown to Bengaluru with concerns about potential horse-trading during the Rajya Sabha elections in favor of the ruling BJP's Rajya Sabha candidate.
According to party sources, two individuals were apprehended at a private resort for attempting to buy over the Odisha Congress MLAs.
"Two individuals have been arrested. One of the accused has been identified as Suresh. The third accused, who is a defeated Lok Sabha candidate, is still at large," a source told
