New Delhi, March 24 The Sattva Group, a real estate firm, expects to generate over ₹8,600 crore in revenue from its new 50-acre residential project in Bengaluru, as part of its expansion plan to meet strong consumer demand.
In a statement on Tuesday, the company announced the launch of a new housing project, "Sattva City," in North Bengaluru. The first phase will involve the construction of nearly 2,500 residential units.
The Sattva Group stated that the total revenue potential of this upcoming project is more than ₹8,600 crore.
The company did not disclose the project cost.
Bijay Agarwal, Managing Director of Sattva Group, said, "We identified this land years ago with the vision of creating a city-scale community for Bengaluru, as the airport corridor was emerging as one of the city's most important growth regions."
He added that nearly 84 per cent of the project will be dedicated to open and green spaces.
According to real estate consultant PropTiger, housing sales in Bengaluru rose by 13 per cent in 2025 to 54,414 units from 48,272 units in the preceding year.
Sattva Group, based in Bengaluru, is one of the leading real estate developers in the country, having delivered 80 million sq ft of real estate space. It has over 71 million sq ft under construction across multiple cities.
The Group has listed a real estate investment trust, "Knowledge Realty Trust (KRT)," on stock exchanges as a co-sponsor with Blackstone.
Sattva Group has a presence in the housing markets of Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, and Goa.
It has also diversified into co-working, co-living, education, hospitality, data centers, and warehousing segments.
