
Lucknow, March 22 Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak extended greetings to the people of Bihar on the occasion of the state's formation day.
In a post on X in Hindi, Adityanath said, "Congratulations and best wishes to all the people of Bihar on the formation day of this land of revolution -- a state rich in popular faith and cultural grandeur.
"Under the illustrious guidance of Prime Minister @narendramodi jee and the able leadership of Chief Minister @NitishKumar jee, may Bihar advance on the path of good governance, establish new benchmarks of prosperity and all-round development. This is our humble prayer to Mata Jaanki and Lord Shri Ram."
Deputy Chief Minister Maurya, in a post on X in Hindi, said, "Wishes on the foundation day of Bihar -- a state adorned with a glorious history, a rich culture, and spiritual consciousness! This land of knowledge, asceticism, sacrifice, and traditions has consistently provided a new direction to the nation. It is my prayer that Bihar continues to set new benchmarks of development, prosperity, and progress."
Deputy Chief Minister Pathak also wished the people of Bihar on this occasion. "Bihar -- a land of glorious history and knowledge -- is today rapidly advancing on the path of progress and prosperity," Pathak said.
UP BJP chief Pankaj Chaudhary in a post on X said, "This sacred land -- home to heroes, scholars, and rich cultural traditions -- has, over the centuries, bestowed upon the world an invaluable legacy of knowledge, literature, and spirituality. It is my wish that Bihar, while cherishing its glorious heritage, scales new heights of development and progress."
Bihar Day is celebrated every year on March 22 to mark the formation of the state.
