Bijnor (UP), March 25 An elderly couple was found dead under mysterious circumstances at their residence here, police said on Wednesday.
Additional Superintendent of Police Prakash Kumar said that after receiving information about the deaths on Tuesday night, a police team rushed to Mansoori village and recovered the bodies of Giraj Singh (75) and his wife, Ramrati Devi (72).
He said that injury marks were found on the head of Giraj Singh.
The bodies have been sent for post-mortem, and the exact cause of death will be determined after the report is received, he added.
