
Bilaspur (HP), April 11 According to locals, a suspicious "airplane-shaped balloon" bearing the inscription "Pakistan International Airlines" was spotted in the fields near a village here on Saturday.
Local resident Rajkumar said that people working in the fields under the Baloh gram panchayat in the Jhanduta subdivision noticed the suspicious balloon on Saturday morning.
They immediately reported the matter to the Talai police station, after which a police team rushed to the scene and took possession of the balloon.
Another local, Rajesh Gautam, described the suspicious object as an airplane-shaped balloon, on which the words "Pakistan International Airlines" were clearly visible.
He urged the police and administration to investigate the matter.
This is not the first time such a balloon has appeared in Himachal Pradesh. Similar balloons are found from time to time in the Una and Bilaspur districts.
