Meerut (UP), February 22 Following the launch of the Namo Bharat train and Meerut Metro projects, the BJP indicated on Sunday that it would highlight these projects in the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections.
Party leaders said that projects related to modern connectivity and urban transportation would strengthen the politics of development, while opposition parties raised questions about public accessibility, fares, and basic priorities.
