Jaipur, April 4 The Bharatiya Janata Party will organize a series of programs across Rajasthan from April 5 to 12 to mark its 47th foundation day, a party official said on Saturday.
The foundation day will be celebrated on April 6 across the state, with activities planned at district, mandal, and booth levels.
State BJP general secretary Shravan Singh Bagdi said that party offices at the district level will be decorated with flowers, rangoli, and lighting from April 5 to 7, while a 'Deepotsav' will be held on the eve of the occasion.
"On April 6, the party flag will be hoisted at district offices, and workers will share selfies with the flag on social media," he said.
Bagdi added that development yatras will be organized, and senior workers, intellectuals, and prominent citizens will be honored on the day.
He said that cleanliness drives will be conducted in hospital premises on April 7, along with the felicitation of doctors and healthcare workers.
From April 10 to 12, the party will run a 'Gram aur Basti Chalo Abhiyan', while tribute programs will be held on April 11 to mark the birth anniversary of Mahatma Jyotirao Phule, he added.
