The Jana Ashirbad Yatra continues in the Tinsukia district.
Ahead of the Assam Assembly elections, the BJPs outreach program—the Jana Ashirbad Yatra, launched by Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, entered its eighth day on Sunday.
The Chief Minister arrived in Ledo, in the Margherita constituency, and first offered prayers at the Ledo Central Namghar. He then continued the yatra in the Tinsukia district, which is scheduled to conclude in the Makum constituency.
