
Jamtara, March 14 A man from West Bengal and his two children were found dead in a well in the Jamtara district of Jharkhand on Saturday, a senior police officer said.
The bodies were retrieved from the well at the Mudaberia Ashram in the Bagdehri police station area.
The deceased was identified as Laxman Murmu (50), who was from Murgthali village in Birbhum district of West Bengal. His daughter was seven years old, and his son was 11, the officer said.
"The bodies have been sent for post-mortem examination. The man, originally from Bengal, had remarried after the death of his first wife," Major Kumar, SDPO of Nala, told
