New Delhi, April 6 Real estate firm BPTP Ltd announced on Monday that it has awarded a contract worth Rs 488 crore to NCC Ltd for the construction of a new housing project in Gurugram.
In a statement, the company said the contract covers civil structure and finishing, with a total construction area of 1,79,302 square meters in its upcoming project, "Downtown 66," located in Sector 66, Gurugram.
Manik Malik, CEO and President of BPTP, said, "This partnership reflects our strategic focus on collaborating with experienced contractors for project execution, in line with design requirements and project needs."
BPTP Ltd, based in Delhi, has completed numerous residential and commercial projects across various locations in the national capital region.
