Ranchi, February 17 A man was dragged on the hood of a speeding car in broad daylight here on Tuesday, police said, as a purported video of the dramatic incident, lasting over 40 seconds, surfaced on social media.
The incident occurred near Rajendra Chowk, within the Doranda police station limits, the official said
