Srinagar, March 13 BSNL in the Ganderbal district of Jammu and Kashmir launched a program on Friday to address the concerns of pensioners of the public sector company, officials said.

As part of the program, officials visited the homes of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) pensioners in Ganderbal to inquire about their well-being and understand their issues, they added.

A suitable space for establishing a sub-office of the Controller of Communication Accounts in Srinagar has been identified, a BSNL spokesman said, adding that the office will soon become operational.

He added that an officer from the CCA office in Jammu will visit Srinagar every week and will meet pensioners at a designated location provided by BSNL to address their grievances and provide necessary assistance until the Srinagar sub-office becomes operational.
