Lakhimpur Kheri (UP), April 1 A tigress was killed after being hit by a train near the Bhikhampur halt in the Dudhwa National Park's buffer zone, forest officials said on Wednesday.
The carcass of a tigress, estimated to be around five to six years old, was recovered by patrolling teams in the Mailani range, Dudhwa buffer zone Deputy Director Kirti Chaudhary told
