
Chhindwara, March 26 Ten people were killed and 31 injured, including three to four in critical condition, in a head-on collision between a bus returning from a public event attended by the chief minister and a pickup vehicle in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, on Thursday evening, officials said.
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav expressed grief over the incident and announced compensation of ₹4 lakh each for the families of the deceased and ₹1 lakh for those injured. All injured persons would receive free treatment, the CM announced.
