New Delhi, February 23 Zinc prices rose by Rs 1.40 to Rs 327.50 per kg in futures trading on Monday, as traders remained cautious due to a lack of new catalysts.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for March delivery increased by Rs 1.40, or 0.43 percent, to Rs 327.50 per kg, with a trading volume of 3,613 lots.
Traders attributed the slight increase in zinc futures to limited buying at lower levels, even as the lack of new catalysts kept overall sentiment cautious.
