New Delhi, March 31 The CBI has arrested a senior official of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) for allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 4 lakh, officials said on Tuesday.
The official identified the officer as Lieutenant Colonel Abhishek Kumar Mishra, Deputy Commissioner, Shahdara North, MCD.
According to officials, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) made the arrest after receiving information about Mishra's demand for the bribe.
