Centralized Aadhaar Data Vault Enhances Governance.webp

JAMMU, APRIL 10: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has launched a Centralized Aadhaar Data Vault (ADV) to enhance digital governance, improve service delivery, and ensure efficient monitoring of welfare schemes.

The initiative, reviewed in a meeting chaired by Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo, aims to enable real-time verification of beneficiary data, streamline insurance claim settlements, and prevent misuse of benefits after the death of recipients.

Integrated with the Civil Registration System and supported by NIC, the platform will act as a secure "single source of truth," allowing departments and banks to access authenticated data while maintaining privacy standards.

The system will also help eliminate duplication through a "Single Token per Aadhaar" framework, ensuring targeted and timely delivery of benefits while safeguarding public resources.
