Jodhpur, March 17 A meeting of members of the Charan community was held at Nagori Gate in Jodhpur, where a resolution was passed to condemn the alleged relationship between former MP Manvendra Singh and a woman in the area.
A controversy erupted when photographs from a private gathering at a Jodhpur hotel surfaced online last month, showing BJP leader Manvendra Singh, 62, and the woman exchanging garlands and reportedly celebrating her birthday.
Members of the Charan community, after the meeting on Monday, said that Manvendra Singh had hurt the sentiments of the community and called for people to not attend any meetings organised by him.
