Peshawar, March 11 Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi was formally named in a chargesheet submitted at a court in Pakistan in a case related to the May 9, 2023 attack on the Radio Pakistan building here.
The chargesheet submitted at the Anti-terrorism Court here against Afridi and several others is in the case related to the attack on the Radio Pakistan Peshawar building during nationwide protests supporting Imran Khan in May 2023.
The investigating officer informed the court that the chargesheet was prepared based on forensic reports from the Punjab Forensic Science Agency and data verification by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).
According to the reports, the presence of the named suspects at the scene during the May 9 attack on Radio Pakistan was confirmed.
