
Chennai, February 28 Passengers traveling to overseas destinations have been advised to check with their respective airlines for updates on their journeys, according to the Chennai Airport, due to the conflict in the Middle East.
Due to airspace closures in parts of the Middle Eastern countries, certain international flights may experience delays or changes in routing, it stated.
"Passengers are advised to check with their airlines for the latest flight information," the Chennai Airport said in an advisory on Saturday.
The United States and Israel launched a major attack on Iran on Saturday. Iran responded by targeting Israel with missiles and drones, and also by attacking US military installations in Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar.
