The Economic Offences Wing of the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Rural Police has arrested the main accused in a fraud case involving over ₹10.11 crore, perpetrated in the name of the Food Corporation of India (FCI).

The accused, Jinna Venkata Ramana Reddy, is alleged to have defrauded 'Randico Company' by misusing the name of the Food Corporation of India. Following his arrest, he was produced before a court in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The court has ordered his detention until the 14th of this month. The Economic Offences Wing of the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Rural Police is continuing to investigate the case.
