
Puducherry, March 13 Puducherry Chief Minister N Rangasamy extended greetings to the newly appointed Governors of West Bengal and neighbouring Tamil Nadu on Friday.
In his message to R N Ravi, the CM said he was pleased to extend his warm greetings and best wishes to him upon assuming office as Governor of West Bengal.
Rangasamy stated, "Your assumption of this important constitutional office comes with the responsibility of upholding the values and principles enshrined in the Constitution of India."
"I wish you a successful and fulfilling tenure and pray to the Almighty to grant you good health, wisdom, and strength in serving the people and the nation," he added.
In his message to Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, who took on the additional charge of Governor of Tamil Nadu, Rangasamy said, "Your distinguished public service and extensive administrative experience will undoubtedly guide Tamil Nadu towards greater progress and harmony."
The CM stated that he prayed "for your good health and wish you a successful and meaningful tenure in serving the State and the Nation."
