Children's Literature Grows in Jammu with JKAACL Launch.webp

JAMMU, MARCH 02: The Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages (JKAACL), Jammu, organized a book release function at K.L. Saigal Hall, where two children's books – "Tehakde Phull" (Punjabi) by Balwinder Singh and "Rhymes for Kids" by Alka Sharma – were unveiled.

Principal of Government College for Women, Gandhi Nagar, Kulvinder Kour, was the Chief Guest, while noted writer Jang Singh Verman presided over the event.

Speakers praised the authors for enriching children's literature in Punjabi and English, and commended the Academy's ongoing efforts to promote art, language, and culture. Reviews of both books were presented, and the program concluded with a vote of thanks by Javaid Rahi.
