Kathmandu, February 25 Newly appointed Chinese Ambassador to Nepal, Zhang Maoming, met with Foreign Minister Bala Nanda Sharma on Wednesday and discussed bilateral issues.
Ambassador Zhang met with Minister Sharma at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs here.
A statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the two discussed matters related to the relationship between Nepal and China, and mutual cooperation between the two countries.
They also discussed matters related to expanding trade between the two countries and reviewed the implementation of various Chinese-funded projects in Nepal, according to sources at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
