
New Delhi, March 30 IndiQube Spaces Ltd, a real estate firm, has leased 48,000 sq ft of office space at its co-working center in Bengaluru to a healthcare firm for setting up a global capability center (GCC) with an expected rental of ₹75 crore over a five-year period.
IndiQube, which got listed on the stock exchanges last year, provides managed and flexible office spaces to corporations. It has a presence in 17 cities with over 9.55 million sq ft of area under management.
In a regulatory filing on Monday, the company said it has signed a workspace leasing agreement with a leading GCC in the healthcare technology space.
The client has taken up over 48,000 sq ft of premium workspace in Bengaluru.
"The deal is valued at approximately ₹75 crore over a five-year period," it said.
Co-working operators lease office spaces from real estate developers to set up their centers and then sub-lease the workspaces to corporate clients.
