
New Delhi, Apr 1 Commercial vehicle manufacturer Ashok Leyland reported a 5 per cent increase in total sales at 25,381 units in March 2026, compared to 24,060 units in the same month last year.
Domestic sales increased by 5 per cent to 23,743 units, compared to 22,510 units in March 2025, Ashok Leyland said in a statement.
Sales of medium and heavy commercial vehicles in the domestic market were at 16,238 units, compared to 16,082 units in the previous year, representing a 1 per cent growth, it added.
Sales of light commercial vehicles in the domestic market last month were at 7,505 units, compared to 6,428 units in the previous year, the company said.
