Mumbai, April 9 Senior Congress leader Ramesh Chennithala said on Thursday that his party will not contest the by-election to the Baramati assembly seat, from which Deputy Chief Minister Sunetra Pawar is seeking re-election following the death of her husband, Ajit Pawar.
