
New Delhi, March 5 Copper prices fell by ₹6.25 to ₹1,224 per kilogram in futures trading on Thursday, due to weak demand in the domestic spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), copper for April delivery declined by ₹6.25, or 0.51 percent, to ₹1,224 per kg in a trading volume of 208 lots.
Traders said subdued domestic demand from consuming industries weighed on copper prices in futures trading.
