
New Delhi, February 26 Copper futures rose by 95 paise to Rs 1,210.40 per kg on Thursday due to increased spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for March delivery increased by 95 paise, or 0.08 per cent, to Rs 1,210.40 per kilogram in a trading volume of 1,488 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to increased speculation by participants.
